W. Tyler Moore is a sixth-generation Texan who has spent 40 years practicing law in the Lone Star State. After graduating from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Tyler obtained his J.D. degree from Baylor University School of Law. He immediately joined the Harris County District Attorney's Office where he prosecuted misdemeanors and felonies in its Trial Division for over three years. He and his wife moved home to Bryan-College Station where they lived and raised their children.Tyler had a successful private law practice in the Brazos Valley over 27 years. When he and his wife became "empty-nesters", they moved back to Houston where he has practiced litigation and family law. In the Brazos Valley, he was appointed to represent defendants in two capital murder cases, based on his experiences in Houston. Most importantly, he tried family law, commercial, oil & gas, and personal injury cases gaining a breadth of experience.
