At WAIB 15 co-founders come together for one vision: To provide innovative thinking and state of the art solutions to businesses around Sweden and the globe. We are in Business (WAIB) started-up in November 2014 as a result of a driven team that acquired deep knowledge in Corporate Entrepreneurship and Innovation. The desire to utilize that knowledge and use it to help struggling businesses with innovation concepts was the starting point for WAIB. WAIB has an experimental founding and administration structure: every member of WAIB is a co-founder and has the same deciding power. At the same time WAIB provides companies with diverse teams of various nationalities and specializations - be it engineers, physicists, journalists or even pre-school teachers. This loose and flexible structure allows each team within the WAIB organization to work as much in their own domains as possible while ensuring a clear communication and an efficient work environment. That way, each case is given the attention and expertise it deserves!
