Established in 1993, WE BIKE, etc. is nationally known as a resource to improve communities through safer and more enjoyable walking and bicycling. WE BIKE, etc. is owned and operated by Peter Flucke, a pedestrian and bicycle professional. Mr. Flucke has a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation and Forestry, is a former law enforcement officer, and has many years of professional consulting experience.Originally created to fill the gap which exists between the many groups, organizations, individuals, and businesses who are involved with bicycling, WE BIKE, etc. has since expanded into the areas of walking and healthy communities.
