We recognise the value of arts in the borough; its unique ability to promote community engagement and social cohesion, to increase wellbeing amongst residents, to enhance the public realm and to foster a sense of place and belonging in the borough. We will: • Inspire by presenting and supporting inspiring, highly imaginative work for all the community through our main projects • Empower by supporting and encouraging organisations and individuals to extend their own work through funding, training and networking • Engage by working with new and existing audiences in exciting ways • Sustain by developing capacity and capabilities of organisations and venues
