All survey work is produced so as to be fully compliant with RICS specifications for Measured Land & Building Surveys, and our Surveys include a lot of detail and data not normally found on the average Survey. I previously spent 24 years working for On Centre Surveys, Leamington spa as a Senior Land & Building Surveyor. I worked on some of the largest construction projects in the Uk, including Queen Victoria's Osborne House, and Battersea Power Station to name but a few. We have recently invested almost £50,000 in new 3D LASER SCANNING TECHNOLOGY which will allow us to Scan Floor plans & Elevations, creating a higher degree of accuracy as well as improving our turnaround times. We will also be able to provide a 3d model / scan for our Clients use at no extra cost.
