We offer high quality 'feels like home' houses and apartments at affordable rates, that are proving popular with families, businessmen/women, contractors, tradesman, overseas tourists and groups of friends. The property development business originally focused on the renovation and conversion of residential properties into HMOs, but in recent years we have moved into larger commercial to residential developments and new build opportunities. In addition to our own resources, our projects are funded by a number of commercial lenders and private investors. We are growing rapidly so always open to discuss new opportunities with other experienced investors.
