WaterTop Communities creates and develops extraordinary floating homes, called Homeboats. Homeboats are placed in the water, moored to a common dock that provides water, sewer and electricity, giving owners all the conveniences of home with the lake just outside the back door. We partner with marina owners to manufacture, market and sell Homeboats using a model that is similar to a traditional homebuilder. This product was tested in Tennessee and was enthusiastically received by customers.
