A hundred years ago, my great grandfather would have welcomed you into his shop with open arms, black coffee, and sweets. He would have spread out a stunning collection of handmade rugs and talked for hours about their craftsmanship. It was an intimate but long-winded process.I too grew to love this craft, but noticed the industry was losing touch with the changing world. Few people have the luxury of spending an afternoon rug shopping in person. Buying a unique, high-quality rug usually means retail mark-ups. I wanted to create an option that is easy, accessible and affordable for everyone.With more than 100 years of experience in the industry, we built a network with the world's best manufacturers and craftsmen. We work with vendors and craftsmen from Turkey, India, Pakistan, and Morroco — just to name a few. Cutting out the middle man allows us to offer the highest quality products for competitive prices. We updated the look and feel of our products too. Today we carry both handmade and machine-made rugs.
