Dufferin Children's Fund raises money for these additional supports to improve the lives of children, youth and families receiving service from Dufferin Child and Family Services. DCAFS is a multi-service agency providing child and youth mental health, child protection and developmental support services to residents of Dufferin County. Wellies to Wishes is the primary fundraising event supporting the Dufferin Children's Fund. Wellies has raised over $100,000 over six years for the Dufferin Children's Fund.
