Years of executive experience at all price points and business models within the national construction materials space, with emphasis on commercial and residential flooring finishes, installation materials and methodologies.Most recently I held the President role within a national in scope nine-figure flooring segment subcontractor with a 150+ member salesforce. Prior to that I was the CEO of an 8-figure regional flooring materials supplier and founder of a 3PL floor covering finishes start-up retailer with emphasis in resilient and ceramic based products. In all of these positions I had executive, fiduciary, operational, compliance, risk management, sales force management, and profit and loss responsibility.I have served on all major industry association boards in various executive capacities. Those associations had extensive global and national manufacturing, distribution, retail principles, and board members across all product segments and customer types within the flooring finishes industry. I have deep executive/innovator understanding of the spectrum of flooring business and supply chain models, industry trends, economic metrics, demand creation activities, project workflows, B2B, B2C, ERP design and implementation in retail and wholesale price points in the flooring materials channels.
