Our products have a Quality Guarantee (up to 15 days after you receive it), which means that in case of any (highly unlikely) manufacturing defect, you get a free replacement. Our pricing is at market competitive rates. This means that we do not have unrealistic high prices as we understand that our clients also run businesses and they need to keep their costs low. Shipping is FREE, if the order quantity is above 50 pieces. If quantities are lower, we request our client to SHARE the actual shipping charges with us (we pay 50% and client pays 50%), but if the client declines to pay, then we bear the entire shipping cost.
