Our community is conveniently located less than a mile south of Heritage Woods, on the north side of Spring Street between Route 31 and Randall Road and near Bartlett, Elgin, St. Charles and Streamwood.White Oaks offers specialized care and is designed to serve older adults with Alzheimer's disease or related dementia.The program at our community is designed to provide opportunities for residents to maintain a sense of purpose and belonging throughout the seasons of dementia. We focus on abilities rather than limitations because we understand that as we age our hearts, hopes and desires do not.
