Founded by Tevia Feng, White Tiger Qigong offers teacher trainings and workshops worldwide. Students will strengthen body, mind, and spirit through a fully integrated and holistic training that combines traditional methods such as Qigong and meditation with dynamic movements involving deep strengthening and stretching exercises to improve mobility and flexibility. Tevia has studied over 50 styles of Qigong and martial arts and trained since the age of seven.
