We're two friends (Sam Advincula and Kaitlyn Knoll) with a shared love of yoga, meditation, breathwork, and other mindful practices. We created Wholesome Journeys as an invitation to explore and to connect with your body, mind, and spirit through our various programs and retreats.We believe that it is through daily self-inquiry that we can deepen our relationship with ourselves and others, live with more freedom and authenticity, and most importantly - more consciously choose how to share our energy with the world.Yoga, meditation, breathwork, and other mindful practices have helped us to achieve just that.
