The WiL Power Challenge was developed to help combat the growing incidence of childhood obesity. By educating children and their parents on the variety of ways to live healthier and more active lifestyles and providing the necessary tools to execute change, we aim to positively impact individuals struggling with weight and associated health issues, including Type 2 Diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol, as well as decrease the prevalence of depression, low self-esteem and inactivity.This free program is designed to provide fitness and nutritional guidance to participants and parents in need. Our team of experienced fitness trainers, dietitians and experts provide supervised workouts, nutritional education classes and medical presentations regarding disease prevention that equip participants and parents with the resources necessary to make lifestyle changes for the better.
