WiM is a non-profit association founded 6 years ago to promote the visibility and professional development of women in the tech industry. We want gender equality in C-level positions in Tech industries or Tech roles. How do we do it? We organize our flagship event during the MWC with a female lineup talking about technology and +400 attendees. We also organize after-works and workshops during the year, in our sponsor-partners' offices with +40 attendees. Finally, you can also find us at other events.WiM is a association runned by volunteers. We have a Board Team, comprised of Tech professionals, and an Advisory Team, where we have relevant personalities from the local technology ecosystem.
