Our mission is to protect, enhance, and restore wildlife habitat on lands conserved for the benefit of future generations.The Wildlife Heritage Foundation (WHF) is a public, nonprofit land trust under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. WHF is dedicated to preserving California's rich heritage of open spaces, agricultural land, and diverse wildlife. Founded in 2000, the directors and staff welcome land-conservation projects that protect wildlife habitat and educational programs that expand awareness of wildlife needs.
