He is the founder of a leading NPD, Innovation consultancy and Venture Creation consultancy in London and Co-Professor of Entrepreneurship at the University of North Caroline in London Together they have devised a very different business model They simply took a leaf out of the Agile playbook and have instilled a culture of foodie thinking coupled insight and data driven strategy customer first thinking, experimentation and love of products.
