Woman2Woman is a prestigious mentorship program, aiming to promote young women with extraordinary qualities from potential to excellence.At the core of the program is a process of personal mentoring, in which an experienced woman mentors each participant and assists her in charting a course towards her individual goals. The mentors were chosen for their leadership and high-level positions within different frameworks of the Israeli society. The participants, following the course of the program, will be able to take advantage of the mentors'​ knowledge and experience, in order to achieve their own goals in their first professional "crossroad"​.
