Thanks to design thinking, agility, coaching for change (with a smile on the face), and with our ability to create more human moments together, we can improve retail operations and serve more happy customers! I have spent over 25 years working in the retail industry for blue-chip companies operating in 30 countries. I've held manager positions in corporate strategy, finance and marketing, with a focus on customer experience, investment choices and sales development in growth markets. I have been working with a range of diverse cultures, and lived in France, China, Indonesia, Taiwan, Vietnam and Malaysia. With a wide experience in executive and corporate ecosystems, I enjoy creating and managing global teams.I come from the world of insights and big data.
