For example, we don't make phone calls to ask if the editor "received our media kit." In fact, we don't usually send media kits—preferring to send timely information when an editor actually needs it. Still, we are just a small p.r. shop with an office in Jackson, Wyoming—and associates located in Denver and Centennial, Colorado.
