Our owner, Brad Weiman, founded Work Shop because he saw a need for a more streamlined and enjoyable process for homebuyers to build beautiful new homes in Denver. We design and build homes that feature exposed structural elements using steel, concrete and wood in a variety of styles, including modern industrial, mid-century, urban farmhouse and more. We keep all of our design, construction, fabrication and real estate services in-house. There's no other residential firm in Colorado that provides all of these services under one roof!We are a family, and that extends to our subcontractors, many of whom we have worked with for years. We respect one another's expertise and love offering our clients collaborative, creative solutions!
