She has provided soulful corporate wellbeing services to organisations in Ireland since 2014. Having previously worked in a busy Dublin stockbrokers she understands the demands of a fast paced lifestyle. She loves to share with others tools that have changed her life for the better - Mindfulness, Self-Care, Cyclic Wisdom, Movement, Self-Reflection, Meditation and so much more.
