Wreck Check is an association made up of volunteers. The objects are to:i) to search for, locate and/or document underwater cultural heritage, particularly heritage related to or shared with Australia, but not limited to. This heritage may be found or unfound.ii) promote and encourage community interest in the maritime cultural heritage.iii) to conduct such work in Australia States and Territories and in areas overseas where there is reason for collaboration in shared maritime cultural heritage projects.iv) to collaborate with relevant overseas organisations and individuals to achieve the above objects.v) to collaborate with Australasian Institute for Maritime Archaeology and similar organisations in Australia to achieve the above objects.
