It also usually is responsible and subcontracts the Building Automation System and Fire Fighting System (Sprinklers).Some of its projects were in existing prominent and heritge buildings in Ottawa, e.g. Centre Block Parliament, Canadian National Art Gallery, Aviation Museum, etc. New and much larger projects include buildings that have become Ottawa Landmarks, such as the 12-storey DeMarais building and 6-storey Biology building at Ottawa University, the 11-storey CBC building on Sparks street and the 19-storey Export Development Canada building on Slater str.
