Leading the way with Yoga LIVE, our aim is to provide accessible, affordable and practical ways to help women find the calm in their busy days, so they can lead the way in their own lives. Leading Ladies Yoga LIVE allows women to practice at home with a growing community at a time that suits them, so they can socialise if they want or roll out of bed in their pj's with last nights make up on.
