I'm Bella and I'm a Vinyasa, Power and Restorative yoga and movement practitioner. I grew up between Somerset and St Vincent & the Grenadines and I now share the practice of yoga in the UK, the West Indies and internationally through online sessions. Join me in collective practice, bespoke private 1:1 sessions and rejuvenating retreats and festivals across Europe.Blending classic yogic principles originating from India with my passion for creative sequencing, I share an empowering practice, which strengthens and finds space within the body. Practice is paired with thoughtfully curated playlists and subtly interwoven themes peppered throughout. Breath by breath, through moving meditation we arrive home to ourselves.
