Yol-Kat is an organization for the Turkish community living in the Netherlands and neighboring countries such as Belgium and Germany. We aim to support individuals on their journey to discover and recognize their existing talents by focusing on their physical, mental and spiritual conditions. We aim to help people discover and realize their potential instead of keeping up with the rapidly developing world and also to support the physical, mental and spiritual health of individuals through breathing, yoga, meditation, mind exercises and similar methods. By combining the most effective methods and transformative exercises, the selected trainers want to support us in the process of acceptance by making people realize that it is not possible for a person to exist without bad memories, what these memories can do for you and how they can offer us not only disadvantages but also benefits.
