ecologgie inc. was founded based on the insect research, especially focusing on cricket, at Waseda University in Japan in 2017 with the vision of "creating a sustainable ecosystem through food and achieving well-being for the earth and life.We have established a mass-production system of cricket in Cambodia and sell edible crickets as food material globally. Crickets hold enormous potential for the future in terms of the eco-friendly aspect: by supplying abundant proteins and nutrients compared to conventional livestock. It can be quantified as the SDGs effects.
