I offer one-on-one personal training. This includes customized programs built around individual goals and periodization. Need a workout buddied to keep you on track? I offer partner or small-group workouts too so you and your bestie or bae can sweat it out together in custom-programmed workouts. I also offer weekly group fitness classes with varying styles of workouts.All services are provided in a private gym in the Church/Wellesley area. No membership is required.
