You have a real call. You have received real power. You can lead real change in your parish and communities. An intentional disciples is constantly striving to grow and go: grow in holiness, and go make disciples. The world needs intentional disciples and id's need Spirit-filled Leaders. We exist to help Catholic parishes and leaders engage, form, and launch Spirit-filled Leaders in their local areas to build communities of young adults who live as Jesus would live if he were them. Our parish partnerships (chapters) are supported to do the hard but meaningful work of reaching and forming young adults (20/30s, married, single, with or without kids).There are many incredible tools within the church that can be used to grow as a disciple and to evangelize. Yet, we have found that although plentiful, these tools are often ineffective. Not because of the quality of the products (the arrows), but because the formation of the leaders (the archers), is lacking. We have gone "all-in" on investing in the "archer" so that once trained, you can take even the worst "arrow" and use it to claim ground for the Kingdom.
