Hi, my name is Omar Emmens. I am a nurse and a health coach with a focus on detox an weight loss. I have been in the healthcare field in some capacity for over 15 yrs now. Over the years, I've witnessed numerous health declines by people closest to me, including my own. Through studying holistic therapies, I have been able to improve my health and help many others. I have a passion for helping others and that's what I'm offering you. I graduated from Integrative Institute of Nutrition as a certified health coach. I have experience in fasting ( water/dry) as I have completed multiple 21 day water only fasts. I also have experience with snake fasting, Shivambu(urine) therapy, detoxing, hydrocolonic therapy, the potato hack, yoga, meditation, and many alternative health therapies/diets. I am currently taking a course and plan on offering Iridology (readings of the iris) readings in the near future. I believe the body is brilliant and can heal itself when we give it love. I don't recommend anything that I don't believe in. I focus on healing the whole body, not just physically.
