Ooft sauce is a premier scotch bonnet pepper sauce based on an old Trinidad recipe. The sauce is vatted for over a year to develop its unique flavor before bottling. Ooft is a hand made artisan product manufactured by my wife and I at a small village hall in Smailholm in the Scottish Borders. It is made in small quantities and is available for sale at stores in the Borders and Edinburgh and Glasgow as well as online at our web page. The sauce was developed over many years by my wife's father a master sauce maker from Maracas St Joseph in Trinidad.
