The series "The Beauty of Neurodiversity at Work" focuses on neuro-atypical professionals (autistic, dyslexic, dyspraxic, ADHD, gifted people) happy at work and recognized for their talents. Our goal is to produce short video clips and photo series about talented neuro-atypical professionals, in order to carry out an awareness campaign about Neurodiversity, on social networks, targeting mainly leaders, recruiters and executives.Neurodiversity is a real innovation and competitiveness leverage for companies, able to boost creativity, efficiency and rentability. The assets of Neurodiversity at Work have been known for 15 years in UK, USA, Canada, Scandinavia, and have been recruited in companies as Virgin, Microsoft, Specialisterne, Autison, Hewett-Packard, Ernst&Young. In France and many other countries, the benefits of neurodivergent minds are generally unknown by companies.
