Eden Diamonds Company (EDC) is a diamond manufacturing and sales organization. Our mission is to Increase the revenues the artisanal miners have historically been generating from their diamond production. We are accomplishing this by; 1) offering world market prices for the rough produced and/or 2) by sharing in the profits from the sale of finished diamonds. By removing all middle transactions, the miners are thus able to maximize their returns and get the full value for their diamonds as appraised on the world market. We aim to establish a vertically integrated African artisanal diamond extractive industry. In the process we are creating a powerful sinergy that will generate a tremendous financial windfall sure to benefit the alluvial diamond mining communities worldwide.
