We blend our delicious flours with premium, hand-selected ingredients — like the Organic Cinnamon used in our Cinnamon Raisin Sourdough bread mix. This is some of the world's finest cinnamon imported directly to us from Vietnam where Jerilyn Brusseau has engaged in humanitarian work for 25 years. We've also selected the best raisins for our Cinnamon Raisin Sourdough bread mix and plump blueberries for our Blueberry Pancakes/Waffle baking mix.
