The Training Room is an all-inclusive fitness, wellness, and training experience. We offer everything from open gym to personal training, and sport specific training. We also bring the best evidence based sports medicine practices together with our training to keep everyone healthy and moving forward.The Training Room employs both personal trainers and certified athletic trainers. Historically these two professions were often confused for each other, when they should have been working together. Just like a professional athlete should have their sports medicine team communicating with their strength and conditioning team, The Training Room seeks to bring these two groups together to promote optimal health and fitness.
