In addition, this facility is equipped with a class-10 cleanroom for process development, customer demonstration and manufacturing of the ENVIRO solvent-free dry photo resist stripper and Compound Semiconductor Materials Etch Systems. Other in-house services include Foundry Etch (for Deep Oxide and Compound Semiconductor materials), Thermal Processing, Materials Characterization, and Vacuum Pump/Leak Detector Repair.ULVAC Technologies, Inc. has adopted the EU-RoHS Directives in response to rising environmental concerns regarding end of life disposal of electronic equipment and other hazardous substances. After reviewing these directives, we have determined that no elements of our Enviro family of products fall outside of the allowable limits of the EU-RoHS Directives.While most ULVAC Technologies product elements do not fall within the categories covered by these directives, ULVAC Technologies and our suppliers recognize and value the protection of the environment afforded by regulations such as the EU-RoHS Directives. To that end, ULVAC Technologies recommends that end of life disposal be conducted in a manner suitable for the maximum protection of our environment.
