We offer Medicare Advantage, Senior Care Options (SCO), MassHealth Accountable Care Organization (ACO) Partnership Plans, Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), and a limited number of products on the Massachusetts Health Connector, including ConnectorCare.Fallon Health has two Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), alternatives to nursing homes that provide older adults and their caregivers innovative health care and support. In Massachusetts, Fallon Health offers Summit ElderCare.
