23 Mart 2018 tarihli ve 30369 sayılı Resmî Gazete'de kuruluş kararı ile Sağlık Bilimleri Üniversitesi Teknoloji Geliştirme Bölgesi kurulmuştur. İstanbul İli, Pendik İlçesinde Sağlık Bilimleri Üniversitesi Teknoloji Geliştirme Bölgesi Sağlık Teknokenti olarak 55.742,88 m2 lik bir alana sahibiz.Sağlık Bilimleri Üniversitesi Teknoloji Geliştirme Bölgesi Sağlık Teknokenti A.Ş. olarak; Sağlık Yazılımı, Yerli İlaç Üretimi, Medikal Tasarım ve Patent İşleri ve Geleneksel Tıp Çalışmaları faaliyetinde bulunmak isteyen kuruluşların ileriki süreçte bünyemizde yer alması hedeflenmektedir.Sağlık Bilimleri Üniversitesi Teknoloji Geliştirme Bölgesi Sağlık Teknokentin'de 300 firmaya bölgede yer sağlamak ve bu 300 firmadan minimum 50'sinin büyük ölçekli, diğerlerinin ise küçük ve orta ölçekli olması öngörülmektedir. Teknoparkımızda 2023 hedefleri kapsamında 750 firma, 7500 personel istihdam edilmesi hedeflenmektedir.
