WebQuarters quickly expanded operations and has an established 24/7 Global Support Centre, based in Colombo, Sri Lanka, employing over 120 people, providing 1st, 2nd and 3rd line Support, designed to supplement (not replace) the ERP Vendor Maintenance agreements. This team also supplements project delivery services with specialist technical and functional implementation expertise, very often delivered on client premises. WebQuarters specialises in:• Improving the confidence of IFS and M3 users to retain the IFS and M3 application.• Enabling an organisation to continue to use IFS or M3, with additional investment, as opposed to replacing IFS or M3.• Ensuring the IFS or M3 application will continue to deliver strategic business and operational services to all stakeholders, for the long term. • A pioneering approach to client infrastructure analysis, winning the hearts and minds of all stakeholders, balancing inefficiencies and bridging gaps to create belief in the IFS or M3 solution, demonstrating the application is far more capable of supporting their business than they initially think.Clients engage WebQuarters to answer three main questions:1.
