Singer Finance (Lanka) PLC is registered as a Finance Company at Central Bank of Sri Lanka and it is an approved Credit Agency under Mortgage Act no. 6 of 1949 and Trust Receipt Ordinance No.12 of 1947. Hire Purchase transactions of the company are governed by the Consumer Credit Act No 29 of 1982.
