Ubisoft Belgrade studio was opened in November 2016, after Ubisoft decided to come to Serbia and open it's first studio here. At first, the team consisted of 10 programmers, who were passionate gamers and game dev enthusiasts. As time went by and HQ and the studios we collaborated with recognized our contribution, our team gradually grew to around 200 people, among which are not only Programmers but also Level and UI Artists, Level and Game Designers, Development Testers, Release and Build Specialists, Project Coordinators and Producers. Our studio works on multiple titles – Ghost Recon, Steep, The Crew2, Rainbow Six, Riders Republic and Skull & Bones. Between 200 and 500 members of production from various Ubisoft studios work on their creation, which gives us an opportunity to broaden our expertise. On Ghost Recon and Steep, we worked on the development of both console and PC versions of the game. When it comes to The Crew2 and Rainbow Six, we contribute mostly on the artistic side of the story. Last year we started working on something completely new – porting our games to Stadia, a cloud gaming service developed by Google. Our engine and render programmers are among the first people in the world to work on one of the newest cloud gaming services and get acquainted with the new technologies used for it. It is really great to start your work day knowing that you will spend it with friends creating something that will be played by millions of gamers worldwide. We believe that what makes us unique is a great passion for what we do as well as a relaxed and friendly work atmosphere! If you'd like to be a part of our team, ping us, we are always up for welcoming new people.Contact: apply-belgrade@ubisoft.com
