Principality is a mutual building society, which means that we're owned by and run for the benefit of our 500,000 Members – our savers and borrowers. We don't have any shareholder interests to satisfy so all our profits are put back into the Society, to benefit our Members. With 53 branches and 18 agency counters across Wales and the Border Counties, we're the UK's 6th largest building society, with £9 billion in assets.
