During a sabbatical year in Israel, Federica had the chance to pursue her passion for chocolate and baking when she studied at the well-known Estella Pastry School in Tel Aviv. Founder Estella Moshkowitz serves as an ambassador for the prestigious Belgian Chocolate Company Callebaut. She was also lucky enough to train with one of the best chocolates and pastry chefs in France, Olivier Bajard.Now, She brings the discipline, skills and passion together to make specialty artisan bombons using only the best ingredients and no preservatives.
