民生金融租赁股份有限公司成立于2008年4月，是经中国银行业监督管理委员会批准设立的首批5家拥有银行背景的金融租赁企业之一，由中国民生银行和天津保税区投资公司共同发起创建。2011年12月14日，完成增资扩股，资本金从32亿元扩充至50.95亿元人民币。截至2013年12月，公司总资产超1100亿元，累计实现业务投放逾2000 亿元、实现净利润约50亿元，实际缴纳税收近27亿元。盈利能力、资产规模和利润水平均位居同行业前茅。目前已成为亚洲最大的公务机租赁公司和国内领先的船舶租赁公司。 Minsheng Financial Leasing Co., Ltd was established on April of 2008, and it is one of the five finance leasing enterprises with banking background upon the approval from China Banking Regulatory Commission. It was jointly established by China Minsheng Banking Corp. Ltd and Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone Investment Co., Ltd. On 14th Dec of 2011, after its increase of capital and expansion of shares, its capital was expanded into RMB 5.095 billion yuan from RMB 3.2 billion yuan. Up to Dec of 2013, the total asset of the company was over RMB 110 billion yuan, after which, the accumulated release capital for the company's business is RMB 200 billion yuan, the realized net profit is RMB 5 billion yuan and the contributed taxation is RMB 2.7 billion yuan. The profitable capacity, asset scale and profitable level has been ranked into the top in the industry. Currently, it has become one of the largest business airplane companies in Asia and the largest ship lease company in China.
