WeXL Org is a 501(c)3 nonprofit whose mission is to foster creative talent through youth mentorships, original content, and collaboration. We also bring diversity, equity, and inclusion to organizations by connecting creatives from underrepresented populations to employment opportunities. Our WeXL Impact Network is our ecosystem built on the values of humanity, creativity, and inclusivity. We believe in our vision that together, We eXceL.The heart of our organization is our Creators — artists, storytellers, and innovators — who give back. This group mirrors the diverse people we serve, including Youth Creators from low socioeconomic backgrounds.
