It was out of these frustrations that Jaybro, and the overarching Jaybro mission, were born.In 2012 Jaybro acquired the first of many companies, staying true to the mission of making life easier for infrastructure workers onsite with a wider breadth of products. Fast track to 2016, CPE invests in the Jaybro Group allowing for further acquisitions, and 2022 saw Quadrant Private Equity take ownership, enabling the business to move into the next stage of growth.
