The firm's organizational structure is Project-Oriented, and team members are available full-time to the project manager.Taking into account ten years of experience and the company's success in developing the most complex field in the Middle East, the Azar oil field, the shareholders of the company decided to change the organization's strategy; Now, after passing the assessment process, this enterprise has joined the group of companies capable of exploration and production (E&P), and the development of hydrocarbon fields has been added to the firm's future priorities.
