To give you the best services that we can, we have clinicians trained in a number of modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, neurofeedback and Gottman's Couple's Counselling. We are committed to empowering our clinicians to develop skills to support a diverse range of concerns and needs.
